Doug	Doug Turner is one of the owners of Eastside Heating & Air Conditioning with over 37 years of experience in the industry. Doug oversees the service department along with handling commercial sales. Debbie Turner is also one of the owners and is our office manager. Randy	Randy Burke also is an owner and has been with Eastside Heating & Air Conditioning for over 24 years and has over 30 years experience in the industry. Randy oversees the installation department and also handles commercial sales. Kendra Schmidt has been with us for almost 3 years performing multiple tasks from receptionist to sales scheduling. John	John Elwood is our installation manager and has been with us for 19 years. John is extremely conscientious and dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. Frank Bojanowski is our service manager who has 30 years of experience in the industry. Frank has worked for us as both a technician and now as our service manager.	Frank
Jason and Arnie	Jason Turner and Arnie Anderson are our residential sales staff and have been with us 16 and 20 years respectively. Jason recently joined our sales staff after running service for years while Arnie joined Eastside Heating after owning his own company for years.
